All India Youth Congress has revamped Jammu Youth Congress Wing of Jammu and Kashmir with the announcement of the office bearers and new district presidents of Jammu Province.
‘’After dissolving the Jammu and Kashmir unit of Youth Congress in 2009 by the Party High Command, a massive ‘Youth Congress Hunt’ was launched in last year to find talented and upcoming stuff to constitute the Youth Committee,’’ official spokesman said here.
He said the list has been finalised by All India Youth Congress President and Indian Youth Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi, which was issued today.
The newly constituted body was comprised of Pranav Shagotra, Dr Mir Audil Farooq, Satesh Sharma, Dr Harbakash Singh Sassan, Nirdosh Sharma, Imtiyaz Ahamad Parray, Mehboob Azad, Amit Singh and Jyoti Sharma as General Secretaries.
The State Secretaries included Jyoti Vaid, Pankaj Maan, Neelam Bashir Gash, Sheshi Bushan and Vikram Bandari.
Meanwhile the newly selected District Presidents of Jammu Province are Dr. Karan Bhagat- Jammu (Rural), Rajveer Manhans Jammu (Urban), Ajat Shatru Sharma (Kathua), Amit Sharma (Reasi), Latif Mughal (Doda), Sheikh Nasir (Kishtiwar), Arun Singh (Ramban), Abinav Sharma (Poonch) and Imtiyaz Khan (Rajouri).
‘’Other office bearers, district Presidents of Kashmir and Ladakh Provinces and district president for Samba shall be announced separately.’’
